Stanley Liang provides high-quality financial and tax planning professional services to clients in various industries. Mr. Liang provides accounting, auditing, and consulting services to subsidiaries of listed companies in China and Chinese companies planning M&A or IPO transactions in the United States.

Before joining MarcumAsia, Mr. Liang served as the chief financial officer of the U.S. branch of a Hong Kong-listed company in the beverage industry, as a senior analyst in the New York office of the fifth largest accounting firm in the United States, and in the Beijing office of Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor.

Mr. Liang’s areas of industry expertise span finance, manufacturing wholesale, pharmaceuticals, education, real estate, and the oil and gas industries. Mr. Liang also provides financial services to clients in the United States on REITs, equities, fixed income, and hedge funds while advising on 401(k) retirement plans and ensuring that clients comply with all relevant U.S. government regulations.

Mr. Liang holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in financial management from the School of Finance, Central University of Finance and Economics, China.
