About Sophia
Sophia Li is an assurance partner in Marcum’s China Practice. She has more than a decade of experience with complex audits involving transactions, capital raises, spin-offs, reviews, and more. She has an intimate understanding of the business and cultural practices of companies based in China, inclusive of virtually all enterprises whether owned by the State or private interests.
Additionally, Sophia has extensive industry specific experience in manufacturing, telecommunications, e-commerce, retail, utilities, advertising and the arts, among others. Prior to joining Marcum in 2022, she worked at a Big 4 firm in China for 7 years and in the U.S. for 2 years.
