Yin has expanded the MarcumAsia team by increasing the number of partners, directors, and employees and creating a growth-oriented corporate culture unique in the audit industry. He is devoted to cultivating the next generation of SEC audit talent and helping every team member maximize their potential. MarcumAsia offers industry-leading compensation combined with a focus on work-life harmony, benefiting from the Smart Audit system that he established at the firm.

Yin has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, including domestic and cross-border transactions, spanning multiple industries. As a counselor to public companies, he helps shape core values of management integrity, respond to increasingly complex business challenges, and meet rising regulatory requirements. Yin also seeks to quickly capture the benefits of innovation and adapt the management model of MarcumAsia to the changing market needs. He supports project leads to propose and shepherd new approaches to deliver a superior service experience to MarcumAsia’s clients.

Yin has also served as an industry mentor at the School of Management of Sun Yat-sen University and is an honorary member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also established the MarcumAsia and Sun Yat-sen University Advanced Institute of Finance Excellence Doctoral Scholarship.
