The conference will be held March 8-11, 2015, at the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point, California.

Mr. Liu will participate on a panel discussing how the JOBS Act has made small company IPOs possible and the issues facing companies as they prepare to go public. Topics will include choosing advisors, structuring Boards of Directors, D&O liability insurance, audited financial statement requirements, SEC review and road shows.
