Building on the success of the 2013 inaugural event, the conference this year will feature the “best-of-the-best” of Chinese US-listed and pre-IPO companies. These companies have been selected as being well positioned for growth, having solid and transparent business models, and adhering to high corporate governance standards. Unlike investment banking hosted conferences, the open format of the conference enables Chinese management to meet a variety of sources of capital and leading professional advisory firms that have demonstrated a commitment to China all in one place.
