(Hong Kong —November 24, 2025) — Marcum Asia CPAs LLP (MarcumAsia) is pleased to announce that Neil Levine, a seasoned public accounting executive with more than 40 years of experience, has joined the firm as Partner-in-Charge of the Strategic Development Department.

Neil has a distinguished track record advising SEC registrants and multinational clients on audit quality, PCAOB compliance, financial reporting, and cross-border regulatory requirements. Prior to joining MarcumAsia, he served as Co-Managing Director of CBIZ’s Southern New Jersey offices and previously led the firm’s Public Company/SEC Practice.

Neil’s appointment marks a significant strategic step in strengthening MarcumAsia’s Asia-focused talent model. He brings a clear vision to the firm: to help cultivate our Asia-based professionals, expand our cross-border capabilities, and enhance our leadership serving Asian companies entering U.S. capital markets.
