NEW YORK, June 1, 2026 — MarcumAsia CPAs LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Wendy Guo to Partner. 

Wendy brings more than 16 years of audit and assurance experience, including prior leadership experience at KPMG Guangzhou, where she advanced to the role of Senior Manager before joining MarcumAsia. Since becoming part of the Firm, she has played a key role in strengthening MarcumAsia’s cross-border audit practice and supporting Asian companies accessing the U.S. capital markets. 

Over the past several years, Wendy has led and supported numerous PCAOB and SEC engagements across industries including fintech, e-commerce, logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing. Her experience spans IPO audits, recurring SEC reporting engagements, and De-SPAC transactions, reflecting MarcumAsia’s continued focus on serving Asia-based issuers listed in the United States. 

In addition to her technical expertise, Wendy has made significant contributions to the Firm’s business development initiatives, helping secure a number of strategic engagements and expanding relationships with clients, underwriters, financial advisors, and legal counsel throughout the Asia-U.S. capital markets ecosystem. 

Wendy has also been actively involved in leadership and operational initiatives within the Firm, including serving on the Risk Committee, supporting engagement quality review functions, mentoring team members, and assisting with office management and talent development efforts.
