About Patrick
Patrick Liu serves as an assurance managing director at MarcumAsia. He has over eight-year experience in public accounting. Patrick Liu manages and coordinates audit engagements for clients domestically and internationally. He serves clients in a wide range of industries, including telecommunication, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, software, manufacturing, distribution, energy, and retail. His experience in serving enterprises in different life cycles and his knowledge in both US GAAP and IFRS allow him to provide his clients with an enhanced experience. Patrick also has a deep understanding of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 404 and has experience in planning, arranging, and conducting internal control audits. His excellent organizational and analytical skills often provide his clients with straightforward solutions to the most critical issues.
Patrick’s expertise in proactive planning and solid executive leadership; performing analytical and diagnostic audit skills and breakdown complex accounting issues and implementing appropriate resolutions; providing audit and accounting services to both public and private clients and assisting private companies in navigating through the US capital market; and providing constructive advises and enhancing client’s satisfaction.
Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the United States, is an American Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
