Ms. Guo has built a reputation for outstanding project leadership, particularly in large-scale audit projects. She helps the management team of the companies to advance their organizational efficiency and anticipate critical accounting and internal control issues. Ms. Guo’s experience spans local corporations to multinational public companies listed on one or more exchanges, including mainland China, Hong Kong, and the United States. She has overseen audits in industries including air transportation, fast consumer goods, clean energy, home furnishings, automobiles, real estate, trade, communication services, and others. Ms. Guo has also participated in various special audits such as mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises, non-public issuance of equity by enterprises, public issuance of bonds, and overseas mergers and acquisitions.
