Vincent Xiao is a partner in the Firm’s Capital Markets and Asia practices, serving clients in Singapore, Malaysia, and China. He specializes in audit and advisory services to China-based public companies as well as private companies seeking to become publicly traded on U.S. stock exchanges.

Vincent has over a decade of experience in accounting and audit services, previously working at a Big Four firm. He has extensive experience assisting clients with SEC filings, including initial public offerings, regular audit and review services, as well other registration statement filings.
