Samuel Li is a Director in MarcumAsia's Assurance Services practice with over ten years of auditing and assurance experience. Prior to joining MarcumAsia, he spent more than a decade with PwC Hong Kong, providing audit and advisory services to public and private companies across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan, Singapore, and other international markets. His industry experience spans technology, e-commerce, online media, professional services, manufacturing, and consumer products.

Mr. Li has significant experience serving companies participating in both the U.S. and Hong Kong capital markets. His expertise includes cross-border audits, financial reporting, regulatory compliance matters, public company reporting obligations, and capital markets transactions. He currently focuses on serving U.S.-listed companies and companies pursuing access to the U.S. capital markets. He works closely with management teams, audit committees, legal advisors, and other stakeholders on complex accounting and reporting matters and has extensive experience conducting audits under PCAOB standards and other globally recognized auditing and reporting frameworks.
