Mr. Cao possesses over 9 years of professional experience in audit services, having held positions at KPMG Japan and KPMG China, and over 3 years of accounting and financing working experience in Japanese and Chinese large companies. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive audit services to Japan and U.S. listed companies, multinational corporations, China large state-owned enterprises, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. Mr. Cao’s expertise spans various industries, including biotechnology, automobiles, software, retailer, advertising, energy, FMCG, trade, manufacturing, bank, and consumer finance. He is proficient in both Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).

Mr. Cao had over 8 years working and study experience in Japan, including three years study in Tohoku University Accounting School with a master’s degree in accounting, and  five years auditing and accounting experience in KPMG Japan and one of Japanese largest railway company. Mr. Cao can speak fluent Japanese and have a deep understanding of  Japanese culture and Japanese Business Practices. He is also familiar with J-GAAP and Japanese statutory audit under Japanese company law.

Currently Mr. Cao is leading several US IPO engagements and several US-listed audit service for Japanese companies. Mr. Cao has vast audit experience in different industry capital market, capable of understanding the business pattern quickly to provide the efficient audit service and have a good communication with the clients to meet their high expectation of the required time schedule and audit quality.
