Drew Bernstein, Co-Managing Partner, Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP is quoted in the Newsletter “The Dealflow Report” concerning the class actions against China reverse merged companies.

In the article, Mr. Bernstein comments on the audit industry and the standoff between the U.S. and China uncomfortable.

“There really hasn’t been much progress made on government levels, and I think the U.S. approach is difficult because using the (carrot and) stick approach doesn’t work with China because you do something with the stick and they do something one-and-a-half times worse.”
