Drew Bernstein, co-managing partner of Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk, is quoted in a February 6th article in The DealFlow Report, entitled “PCAOB Board Appointment Catches Some Heat.”  The article, by Bill Meagher, discusses the SEC’s new appointment of Jeanette Franzel to sit on the board of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

Bernstein is quoted in the piece regarding the pending PCAOB regulatory change to require periodic, mandatory audit rotation for public companies, as proposed by PCAOB Chairman, James Doty.
