Drew Bernstein, Co-Managing Partner, Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP was quoted in the The Reverse Merger Report Newsletter concerning how to investigate a company to ease investors.

In the article, Mr. Bernstein commented on the best way for a company to reveal the results of an investigation.

"I thought about this a lot as the investigation progressed - how we would tell investors and the public what we found," he said. "People want to see a product at the end. A written report would not be helpful; it would be a roadmap for people to attack the company. But there was nothing that required us to report on what we found either."
