Drew Bernstein, Co-Managing Partner, Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP was quoted in the The Reverse Merger Report Newsletter concerning how Chinese auditor meetings may impact business.

In the article, Mr. Bernstein commented on the latest battle between Chinese and U.S. regulators and how that could impact their businesses.

Mr. Bernstein said, "I'm hoping that Armageddon doesn't happen here, because in a war nobody wins."

Drew Bernstein was also quoted about the new Shanghai Office.
