Drew Bernstein, Co-Managing Partner, Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP is quoted in the Newsletter "The Dealflow Report" concerning about mandatory auditor rotation idea.

In the article, Mr. Bernstein comments on how the auditor rotation idea would be troubling for smaller firms.

"They have fewer clients to begin with, and it is more likely that a client would upgrade to a larger firm after." Bernstein continues, " The Big 4 have kind of a captive audience, the same pool of companies who might go from on Big 4 to another. But nobody likes the idea because it hurts firms as they develop business."
