Drew Bernstein, Co-Managing Partner, Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP was quoted in The DealFlow Report Newsletter "Failed Negotiations with China Prompted Action Against Auditors."

In the article, Mr. Bernstein comments on accountants in China facing prison. Mr. Bernstein says, "The nuclear option isn’t a solution. It isn’t right. You would be penalizing companies that did nothing wrong because China and the U.S. can’t work it out."

Mr. Bernstein also warned that the SEC action against the audit firms is likely to draw a reaction from China. "People forget that when you do something against China, they do something like one-and-a-half times worse. China has to have a response."
