Drew Bernstein, Co-Chair and Co-Founder of MarcumBP (MBP) told Jiemian that the exchanges are businesses, and the door is open for Chinese companies. Typically, the European market is not as diverse. But, companies still want to grow and gain capital and scale. The decision on where to list is layered. It is not a linear process and can be affected by external factors including the macroeconomic economy.

Drew Bernstein points out that Hong Kong is a very attractive market for Chinese companies, as is the SGX. We don't expect multiple listings inclusive of Euronext. However, we do expect to see continued dual and even triple listings among the U.S., China, and Singapore. MarcumBP will expand its services to the Singapore market to address this growing trend of triple listings.
