Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

1. Perform audits, reviews, and compilations of SEC and private clients in various industries including but not limited to commercial markets i.e. manufacturing, technology and consumer products 

2. Coordinate the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up 

3. Stay current on technical and industry developments and standards while evaluating potential impacts on the client engagements 

4. Apply advanced knowledge and understanding of SEC regulations and PCAOB guidelines, and document and communicate the application of these principles 

5. Review SEC filings, financial statements, and disclosures for appropriateness in form, content, completeness, and accuracy, and ensures the audit and review procedures are properly performed 

6. Act as client contact; communicate effectively with clients and develop positive relationships with client personnel 

7. Communicate with Project Leaders on work status and client issues that arise 

8. Keep up to date on U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards and updates 

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting

2. 3+ years’ experience in public accounting field

3. Extensive travel to Asia

4. Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

6. Prior experience managing engagements and clients 

7. Ability to work independently, but also work well with others 

Preferred Qualifications:

1. CPA License or on track to obtain

2. Software Experience - Microsoft Office 365, SEA, like Xero, Quickbooks, etc
