Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

1. Perform audits, reviews, and compilations of SEC and private clients in various industries including but not limited to commercial markets i.e. manufacturing, technology and consumer products 

2. Timely communicate to all members of engagement team and appropriate client personnel

3. Active learning attitude

4. Review SEC filings, financial statements, and disclosures for appropriateness in form, content, completeness, and accuracy, and ensures the audit and review procedures are properly performed 

5. Keep up to date on U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards and updates 

6. Stay current on technical and industry developments and standards while evaluating potential impacts on the client engagements 

Minimum Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting

2. 1+ year’ experience in public accounting field

3. Extensive travel to Asia

4. Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Ability to work independently, but also work well with others 

Preferred Qualifications:

1. CPA License or on track to obtain

2. Software Experience - Microsoft Office 365, SEA, like Xero, Quickbooks, etc
