About Shirllen
Ms. Tong has over 18 years of audit and financial advisory services experience in both China and the US. Before joined Marcum Asia, Ms. Tong worked for KPMG China for 10 years and KPMG Global Service Center in the US for 2 years.
She has been providing audit and financial advisory services to numerous listed and unlisted clients including large state-owned enterprises, foreign invested enterprises and private owned enterprises in multiple industries, including bank and insurance, supply chain finance, asset management, communications and electronics, internet technology, retailing, pharmaceutical, entertainment and biological agriculture.
Ms. Tong is an expert in US General Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards. She understands deeply the regulatory requirements from PCAOB and SEC in the US capital market, and is very experienced in applying accounting standards and regulatory requirements to changing business practice. With her bilingual language ability and Chinese culture background, she provides professional, practical and perspective audit services to Chinese clients which booster business growth and success.
