Qiqi Wei is a seasoned audit professional with 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, and regulatory oversight.

Ms. Wei began her career at Deloitte and later transitioned to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). She participated in domestic and international inspection programs associated with accounting firms.

Ms. Wei has an in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, PCAOB auditing, and related professional practice standards. Her expertise includes managing risks associated with operating in a highly regulated industry, specifically in the testing and documentation of internal controls over financial reporting and substantive testing approach.

As a Chinese-American, Ms. Wei has a good understanding of Chinese culture and Asian culture, which gives her a unique advantage in mastering the operating philosophy and auditing insight of Chinese companies. At the same time, Ms. Wei’s gentleness, cordial communication style, and superb professional ability have won team members’ unanimous recognition and support.
