About Erin

Erin Liu serves as an assurance partner of the Marcum Asia. She has over 18 years of public accounting experience in providing auditing, accounting and financial consulting services to numerous companies listed in NYSE, Nasdaq, HKEX and other stock markets in China. Previously, she worked in Deloitte and PwC for six years prior to her joining at Marcum Asia.

Erin has served many clients in completing the initial public offering in United States. With a bilingual background, Erin is able to apply her expertise and skillset in providing excellent services to the subsidiaries of publicly traded companies in China, as well as to better advising Chinese private companies that intend to become public in United States. She serves clients from diverse industries, including telecommunications, media, e-commerce, manufacturing, wholes and distribution, retails, education, biotech, pharmaceuticals, real estate and financial services.

Erin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Certified Information Systems Auditor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Accounting in China and a Master’s degree in Business Administration in United States.
