Stanley Liang is a seasoned financial and tax planning professional with over 15 years of experience serving clients across diverse industries. He specializes in accounting, auditing, and consulting services for companies pursuing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or initial public offerings (IPO) in the United States.

Prior to joining MarcumAsia, Mr. Liang held key financial leadership and advisory roles. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. branch of a Hong Kong-listed beverage company, worked as a Senior Analyst in the New York office of the fifth-largest accounting firm in the United States, and was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young in Beijing.

Mr. Liang’s industry expertise encompasses finance, technology, pharmaceuticals, education, real estate, and other industries.  He also provides specialized financial advisory services related to U.S. investment vehicles, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), equities, fixed income, and hedge funds. Additionally, he advises clients on 401(k) retirement plans and ensures compliance with applicable U.S. regulations.

Mr. Liang holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the School of Finance at the Central University of Finance and Economics in China.
