Lily Huang oversees all aspects of operations and administration for MarcumAsia to support the ongoing growth. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities, including administration, optimizing workflow, training MarcumAsia’s talent, and constructing the firm’s culture.

Ms. Huang plays a critical role in advancing the MarcumAsia talent training system. She strives to ensure that MarcumAsia provides clients with the best professional service experience. She excels at discovering MarcumAsia team members’ personal characteristics and helps them explore their potential.

Ms. Huang started her career in Assurance Department at PwC. She joined MarcumAsia in 2010 and has extended her career path from audit and assurance to consulting and other departments.

With 15 years of working experience in the SEC audit sector, Ms. Huang is familiar with listing procedures and regulatory requirements in the United States. She helps develop practical solutions and coordinates and assists clients in capital raising operations in the United States. Her industry experience spans education, internet finance, blockchain, media, commercial real estate, crowdfunding, new energy, papermaking, packaging, electronic technology, and other industries.

In the consulting field, Ms. Huang is knowledgeable about financial due diligence for M&A transactions. She has extensive experience in IPO consulting, forensic accounting, and short-selling advisory.

Ms. Huang plays guqin, a plucked seven-string Chinese musical instrument, and writes calligraphy during her leisure time. She learned guqin from Mr. Xu Junyue, the representative of the Guqin Provincial’s intangible cultural heritage. She learned calligraphy from Lin Xi, an ink painter. “For me, calligraphy and guqin bring calmness and a clear mind,” she says.
