Mr. Hu offers expertise in U.S. accounting standards, including PCAOB and SEC regulations, and is experienced with translating the requirements of the U.S. markets to IPO, reverse merger, SPAC, and other transactions used by Chinese private enterprises. He brings expertise in complex accounting treatment of various M&A transactions and issuance of financial instruments under U.S. standards.

Mr. Hu lived for several years in the United States and Canada, which has enriched his understanding of the cultures and economies of various countries, and he currently lives in Canada. He maintains real-time and efficient communication with the quality control team in the United States. He provides timely feedback to audit clients and is skilled at anticipating and resolving accounting issues to make rapid progress on time-sensitive engagements. Mr. Hu loves sports and won the Toronto Chinese Football League Championship as a goalkeeper. He enjoys travel and has traveled all over the national parks of the United States. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
