Drew Bernstein, Co-chair, MBP, is quoted in Reuters regarding the growing opportunities for high emerging growth companies to pursue U.S. IPO listings.

Drew Bernstein, U.S-based co-chairman of Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk, a China-focused international accounting firm, said he believed small companies were not a target of the new overseas capital raising rules. “So going after the smaller deals (in China) to be able to get things done seems to make sense,” Bernstein said.

With limited time, it’s very difficult to get large deals done due to their complex nature. Amid evolving regulations, the baby unicorns have an opportunity to attract capital.
