Audit Manager

Job Description

  • Oversee/plan/review audit for clients in the U.S. and Asia in the SEC industry with a strong focus in Commercial Markets industries.
  • Apply advanced knowledge and understanding of SEC regulations and PCAOB guideline to the review of SEC filings, financial statements and disclosures.
  • Ensure audit review are perform in compliance with US GAAP laws and regulations.
  • This position may supervise 2 – 6 subordinate employees (Jr. Manager, supervisor, seniors and/or associates).
  • Require occasional travel to Asia on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or related and two (2) years of experience as auditor, audit supervisor or related.
  • Must have experience with performing audit tasks for U.S. and Chinese companies in manufacturing, technology, and consumer products; advanced knowledge of PCAOB, US GAAP, PRC GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations.
  • Must have U.S. CPA license and strong communication, research, and client management skills.

Salary

$115,000 – $130,000
